Very cute. I have a drawer in a dresser dedicated to projects in progress. Unfortunately many of those projects have been in progress for far too long.

Love this! I just finished mine tonight and it turned out great. I used blue and ivory and did eyelet lace instead of ruffles and I love how it turned out.

The ruffles are adorable but time consuming. I may try it with ruffled lace instead. I have a ton of eyelet somewhere!

  28. Ariel

I am not a very savvy person when it comes to sewing, anyone willing to make this for me and ill pay for it? Really need one for my daughter!!!

I am a plus size lady and I would like to make one of these for myself. Cutest design ever. I love the buttons. I would like to give ya’ll a hint. I love eyelet, so I go to the thrift store and buy eyelet bedskirts. So on the bottom right I would have only 2 layers of eyelet. Being + size I have lg. upper arms so I would leave the band off the sleeve, make them longer and out of eyelet. No hemming as the edge is already finished. I may also do covered buttons out of eyelet.

This is the cutest ever!! I am too lazy to make all those ruffles so I’m going to try using the ruffle fabric instead. If it doesn’t work well, then I’ll just have to sit down & make ruffles. Thanks for the tutorial.
