The ever talented and amazing Jess released another pattern. I seriously love it! The Nessie Top is a knit top that is nice and loose and comfy. Since Abbey has gotten to this point where she lives in almost all knit tops since everything else is “itchy” I love finding new great patterns to use.
The Nessie has a cute Hi-Low hem line which I love! And the top has this perfect flair about it. I think extending the length would make a perfect dress.
Most tops are too short on Abbey she has a pretty long torso, and the Nessie was perfect, I didn’t even add any length (because I forgot)
The only change I made to the pattern was adding some pleated lace to the bottom. I wanted to do a little something since I used a solid knit. It was the perfect touch.
Also since Valentines Day is coming, and the lace was already going on I added a little French Love with C’est L’amour and a heart. Even though I wish I would have made it larger so it could have taken up the whole front I love the little addition. So the Pattern had LOADS of options, loads! Seriously Jess did not hold back color blocking, collars, multiple sleeve options, lots of variety which means you can make a closet full without repeats.
