| I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays. They are such a busy time for us, but busy with family and fun time. I did get the itch to make something… ok a few things I am preparing for project run and play as well. I just had to share this little top I made my daughter. I thought I would do it backwards and share the embellishment today and how to make the top tomorrow. This little number was inspired by the song ring around the rosies. I thought every little girl should have a pocket full of posies. |

| It was really easy to do, took about 5 min and the best part is you could add them to any top you want. I used embroidery floss and hand stitched on some bendy stems. Then using the tutorial HERE I made the silk flowers (yes I am obsessed with them) and added a little black crystal in the middle of each one. They add a simple little pop to any shirt. I just love a little whimsy. Tomorrow we will make the shirt! Enjoy! |
