I am so excited today! (yes I skipped the final sewing lesson yesterday…it’s coming someday 🙂 Today is the day! After several weeks of working with and tweaking this pattern. Then grading the pattern to multiple sizes, I had some help from some amazing pattern testers! (I could not have done it with out you!) The Abbey Jacket pattern is finally done! Wooo hoo!
So if you are looking to make the perfect fleece jacket this fall/winter then look no further.
On this sweet red jacket I switched the cuff tabs so the fabric was out like one of my testers suggested (thanks Stacey! 🙂 I love the contrast it brings.
The pattern in available in 4 sizes right now (possibly more to come)
12-18 months, 2T, 3T, and 4T. Check the chest measurements to see what size you would like for your little one.
You can visit the shop by clicking on the button on the side bar, or visit the pattern HERE

great job!!

Would this jacket work with corduroy? How about corduroy with fusible fleece lining it? I have some cord that I want to make a jacket with, but wanted to see if you thought it would work well (since it isn't stretchy like fleece)
THANKS
Heather
This would be perfect for my Abbey (who is almost exactly the same age as your Abbey)! I LOVE this!

Hi!
I tried to purchase your pattern, but the shipping options are set only for the US. Since I live in Spain, the etsy checkout doesn't let me finish the purchase of the pattern. Could you please change the shipping options or set a custom listing for me? Also the contact option of your etsy shop didn't work.
Thanks,
Maria

Thanks for sending me the pattern so quickly. I've read the instructions and the explanations are really clear.
you did a great job!

Very cute. Just wondering what the difficulty level is. I'm fairly new to sewing.

"Andy and Courtney" I would say the pattern sews up pretty easily, but likely is best for someone who is comfortable with sewing. Fleece is really forgiving and easy to sew with, I think the hardest part of the whole jacket is likely the collar but I tried to make the pictures really clear for that. So for a beginner I would say it is likely a good project I would just take your time

Whoops, didn't click on the notify me box. Fall is here, and I'd love to make this.

I was wondering the same thing as Zaller…
I'd also love to try to make this if still available.
