Whatever you call them, zits, pimples, blemishes, acne, their annoying and lets face it, we don’t have time to deal with them. With all the chemicals out their to treat breakouts, instead why not try a quick and natural Zit Zapper treatment that actually works!
Supplies:
- Apple Cider Vinegar- I use Bragg organic, it can be found at any grocery store
- Tea Tree Oil- I purchased mine from Whole Foods (Wyndmere brand)
- Q-tip
Natural ingredients have a lot of qualities that can help your skin look & feel great, and many can be found right in your kitchen. Why these ingredients?
Apple Cider Vinegar:
- Helps reduce red marks
- Antibacterial and antiseptic properties
- Unblocks pores
Tea Tree Oil:
- Soothes irritated skin
- Powerful antibacterial properties
- Reduces inflammation
Step 1:
Dip one end of the q-tip into apple cider vinegar.
Step 2:
Apply one drop of tea tree oil onto the same side of the q-tip.
Step 3:
Apply liquid to blemish, covering the whole blemish. Repeat as needed using a new q-tip to other blemished areas.
*Tip* If the treated area gets too dried out apply Neosporin to area after liquid has been absorbed.
